Webinar Highlights

Georgia Systems Operations Corporation, a not-for-profit system operations company servicing Georgia’s electric membership cooperatives and the Southeast energy market, relies heavily on technical documentation for their data systems. The GSOC software development and documentation team set out to find a way to create and manage online content that is easily accessible by all company employees.

Using MadCap Doc-To-Help and Microsoft® Word, the team developed a web portal that provides data reports and interactive workflow processes, and uses a database for managing user membership and report data. The portal is single-sourced using Doc-To-Help, allowing GSOC’s technical documentation team to write content in Microsoft® Word, manage project reviews using SharePoint®, and publish to a SharePoint® web server, PDF, and Help for mobile devices.

Join Doreen Marson, Technical Documentation Specialist, for an informative presentation about the benefits of single sourcing using Doc-To-Help and Microsoft® Word.
