Sarah’s mission is to make sure her clients, located around the globe, are best equipped to use her company’s Web-based e-marketing software. Her responsibilities include live training, support, and maintaining the documentation. Before Doc-To-Help, her company’s manuals were Word documents, but she needed a way to publish this information on the Web. She found Doc-To-Help, and used it to easily convert her existing manuals to NetHelp, while continuing to maintain her content in Word. She updates her Word documents as needed and creates new NetHelp immediately for delivery on the Web.
